Ava was taking her "Sweetie" aka her pig to the "Zoo" today. She set this up all by herself. You can see she was taking pictures as well (her camera is on the floor). Her big imagination continues...

We had another busy and enjoyable Christmas this year. Ava enjoyed all the great gifts she received and had lots of fun opening them all up!

Santa

We went to visit Santa at the Burnsville Mall today. Ava was SO excited. She told Santa what she wanted and sat like such a good girl on his lap. When we left she asked us when Santa would bring her Alphie and her Pillow Pet. It might be a long month.

Ava's New Room

Ava decided she needed to move into a "Big Girl" bed this past month, so we figured it was time to get her a "Big Girl" room to go along with the transition. We are still putting some finishing touches on her room but she seems to be liking it so far.

Ava had a party to celebrate her 2nd birthday this weekend. It was a beautiful day (a little warm) but everyone was able to come help her celebrate. Ava enjoyed seeing everyone and had a lot of fun Sunday playing with all her new things. Thank you everyone for sharing in Ava's day!

Memorial Weekend

We stayed home this Memorial Day for the first time I think ever. We had a nice weekend playing outside and getting some much needed house projects done. Ava enjoyed playing in her pool most of the weekend. Sorry, there aren't many pictures of her face she isn't too into the picture taking lately.
